Meeting and Pickup
Round-trip transportation included. Hotel pick-up is approximately 35 minutes to 1 hour before your selected tour time, depending on your hotel location. The exact pick-up time will be provided through the Viator messaging platform after booking.
What To Expect
Our recommendation: To make the most of your experience and enjoy the park with plenty of time, we suggest arriving in the morning. The park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, giving you a full day to explore all the activities and attractions at a comfortable pace. Please note that the last check-in time for the Full Day Pass is 2:00 PM. Guests arriving after this time will not be able to use this pass option.

- Participants must meet all age, weight, and health requirements to join the tour.

- UTV Fit Test Required: Child must sit fully back, keep both feet firmly on the floor, and securely reach and hold the hand grips. If a child does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse admission for safety reasons.
- Horse Riding Requirements: The minimum age to ride is 6 years old, and the maximum age is 70 years old. Maximum weight: 110 kg (240 lbs). Minimum height: 1 meter (3.5 feet)
- ATV: Passenger: 7 years old and up Driver: 16 years old with a valid driver’s license (accompanied by an adult) Maximum weight: 125 kg (270 lb) Minimum height: 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in) Note: Minimum height is the primary requirement to participate.
- Mini RZR: Riders and copilots must be 10+ years old.
- Camel: Minimum age: 5 years old Maximum weight: 125 kg (270 lb)
- Sky Bike: Minimum age: 8 years Maximum weight: 120 kg (264 lb) Minimum height: 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in)
- Cell phones are not allowed during shared tours for safety reasons. To use a cell phone during the experience, guests must book a private tour.
- Minimum age to drive is 16 years old. Drivers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
