• After you process your online reservation, we will send a confirmation with your pick up time. Please don't forget to enter your hotel or villa name. • In case you don't need transportation, we will send a route map from your staying location to the tour company location. • If you need to change your tour date and/or time, you must do so at least 24 hours before the tour time.
