What To Expect
First you will meet a Bluefish Tours Team Member next to the main dock where cruise ships tender. They will be wearing a Bluefish shirt and will meet you between the main dock and the area in front of Marina Mercado. Next, we’ll board our boat and sail on our adventure. We’ll be passing through Cabo’s highlights, such as the sea lion colony, Pelican’s Rock, Lover’s Beach, and much more!
Our first stop will be at the famous Land’s End Arch for epic selfies. Based on the conditions, we’ll continue to the Pacific Ocean or the Sea of Cortez. We’ll be on the lookout for exclusive spots and the best whale-watching experience in Cabo San Lucas!
All our passionate guides are marine biologists or naturalists. They will be sharing information on the whale behaviors we observe. You will learn interesting information about Los Cabos whales and wildlife. We can also talk about our research projects and the protection and conservation programs we partake. We have been part of the Los Cabos community over the years.

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on Cabo San Lucas Whale Watching: Hear the Whales as You See Them. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (MST).
- This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
