- On this boat you are only allowed one drink per person and it cannot be glass.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be on time because there will be no reschedule and will be considered a no show no refund if you miss the tour due to the cancellation policy that Cool Cabo and our company have in place that we strongly abide by. If you happen to reschedule and if we have spots open you will be charge a $16 usd penalty fee to reschedule tour. Thank you for understanding.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
