Meeting and Pickup
Arrivals, The driver will be holding a sign with our logo and your name on it. If your flight arrives at terminal 1, go to Group Departure. If your flight arrives at terminal 2, please wait for us under umbrella 10.
What To Expect
Enjoy a private, comfortable, and hassle-free transfer between Cancún International Airport and your hotel or accommodations in Cancún.
Your experience begins with pickup at the time you specify, whether at the airport or at your hotel. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point inside the arrivals terminal or in your hotel lobby. In addition, the driver will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Once on board, you’ll travel directly to your destination without any unnecessary stops. Upon arrival, we’ll drop you off in front of your hotel lobby or at the airport’s departures terminal, where the driver will also assist you with unloading your luggage so you can enjoy a comfortable, safe, and stress-free service.
Important Information:
This service is available between Cancún International Airport and any hotel or vacation rental located in Cancún or the Hotel Zone.
When making your reservation, please include the name and address of your hotel or accommodation in the “Special Comments” section to ensure a smooth pickup and transfer.
