Tour company was responsive and exceeded our expectations. We picked this shore excursion directly instead of going through the cruise line. Guide texted us with meetup point and arrived with our name written on a sign. We felt safe and taken care of throughout. Van was air conditioned with cold water included. Miguel took us on the glass bottom boat tour to show us the Arch and sea life. This was followed by city tour to pearl jewelry store, tequila tasting and glass factory. We were the only travelers that day, so we received private-VIP treatment. Great value and memorable experience.

Great boat ride and loved that we were able to be dropped off on the beach and they asked how long we wanted to stay on land and came back for us on time to be back on the ship. Just know that you have to pay a driver/taxi to boat dock on the other side of marina cost about $15-$20 two people both ways

We had a great time with Benji, he took me & my family on the glass bottom boat ride to El Archo and it was exciting. If you’re not use to being on boat please prepare lol you will get seasick. This was amazing! The staff were so kind and our tour guide was funny and very easy to engage with. We were able to see tons of different fish and manta rays below the boat while on the tour, and lots of above water wildlife as well! The guides made sure we had plenty of time to take all the photos we wanted and we made memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Our kids loved it. Highly recommend.

The captain navigated slowly so we could see the fish through the glass bottom and take photos of the famous landmarks along the bay. The water was calm during our trip, which made it easy to look down through the glass and watch the marine life. The guide also shared some interesting details about the area’s geology and history. Overall, a really nice way to explore the bay.
