What To Expect
After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our EPIC staff will be waiting to greet you. Upon arrival, you’ll receive your Return Transfer Voucher and confirm your return time, ensuring a smooth start to your journey.
You’ll then be whisked away in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles, driven by a certified bilingual driver on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa.
On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time noted on your Return Transfer Voucher. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we pride ourselves on always being on time.
