Meeting and Pickup
Arrival Transfer (SJD Airport): After clearing Immigration and retrieving your luggage, exit the terminal completely (proceed outdoors). Look for your EPIC Representative holding a sign at Umbrella #10.Note: Please ignore the timeshare representatives inside the terminal exit hallway and walk directly outside to Umbrella #10.Departure Transfer (Hotel to Airport): Please be ready at your hotel lobby entrance 10 minutes prior to the pickup time listed on your transfer voucher (provided upon arrival).

Arrival Transfer (SJD Airport):
Clear Customs and Immigration, collect your luggage, and walk completely OUTSIDE the terminal building.
Head directly to Umbrella #10, where our EPIC team will greet you. (Tip: Ignore inside timeshare reps—walk straight outside!)
Receive your physical Return Voucher & Departure Time right on the spot—no phone calls, stress, or confirmation follow-ups required.
Board your luxury air-conditioned SUV within a maximum 30-minute wait, driven by a certified bilingual driver.
Departure Transfer (Hotel to Airport):
Please meet your EPIC driver at your hotel lobby exit 5 minutes before the pickup time listed on your return voucher.
Your driver will be holding an EPIC sign. Because this is a shared luxury service, punctuality is essential to keep all guests on schedule.
