Carlos was an awesome guide. Very flexible and gave us a lot of options to fit our needs and abilities. We saw many beautiful sights that most people would not get to. We have done many tours but this one was one of the best ones ever.The hike can be challenging but Carlos adjusts to your level. Of course the better shape you’re in the more cool stuff you’ll get to see

Great shore excursion while in port! Beautiful scenery while in route in a nice comfortable van that meet us right at the pier. The National park where you ride on the beach is stunning!! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to ride in the van to the beach to get pictures of my husband and son while they rode. The stop at the home of the village matriarch was lovely! We made flour tortillas from premade dough and they cooked them over a beach wood fire and we then enjoyed them with goat cheese and beans, delicious!!!!!

Three years ago we did the Napales cooking class with Danny and it was one of the best things we did the entire week we were in Cabo. We loved it so much that we booked the hiking trip for our next visit.Danny did not disappoint! He is one of the best guides I’ve had in my years of travel. He is extremely knowledgeable about the culture, nature and history of Baja. He is inquisitive and creative when designing his trips and best and most important to me, he gives back to the community and takes us to places the average tourist will never see.This hike was as promised. First we stopped and sampled ice cream at a small store that is third generation if ice cream makers and has created over 112 unique flavors. Next we drove to our hike in a beautiful reserve which was worlds away from the development and chaos of Cabo. Our hike was stunnijg and we learned about the flora and fauna of this unique place as well as ita geological history.As always Danny threw in a soecial surprise. Let’s just say it was a magical moment of a traditional Buddhist sound experience near the water on the desert sand. Don’t want to spoil it but it was pure magic!Last we had a meal prepared by a local Ranchero family, made some fresh tortillas on the fire and enjoyed delicious homemade food that you will never get at a restaurant.If you crave adventure and want to experience the culture here, book a tour with Danny! You don't have to be an experienced rider. The horses are well suited toand accustomed to the routine. The trail takes you to the Cortez sea. You ride along the water and ehjoy the scenery of a large large rock that's considered an island. It apparently over thousands of years rose up from the depths below. We then continued on to where the ride started. We then met a elderly woman who gave us all a lesson on how to prepare tortillas the ancient way. She had a make shift grill with a wood fire going. We formed them and cooked them, then added goat cheese and beans with a beverage of choice. All together about 3 to 3 and a half hours. I recommend it .

Highly recommended. Pleasant drive, stopped for yummy eats both on the way and on the way back. On the trail the guides were EXCELLENT dealing with physical limitations in our group. They selected a shorter path and gave lots of colorful information about the area while we worked through the trail. Could not have asked for more. The falls are amazing, the trail is fun and the water is cool and refreshing. Top Notch!

We booked with Max to take a tour with Carlos, who came highly recommended by one of my collogues and he did not disappoint! The location of the hike was in the mountains, and he brought us through a loop on dirt roads to the highway, sharing the history of the surrounding area, how the lands are maintained by the families and community. The hike was moderate, but we followed the river and the oases and the waterfall along the paths were worth the trip. We ended the hike by having lunch nearby in Miraflores and it was delicious. The owner was very welcoming. If you are looking for something to do away from the crowds, Carlos is your guy. He is very accommodating and he lets you set the pace on what you want to do or see!

My husband and I were alone with our guide Carlos, and he met our desire for activity, adventure and nature. Our trail included about 2 miles of hiking in a riverbed with swim stops, hopping large rocks and navigating beautiful terrain. Carlos was courteous, knowledgable and friendly. I have been to cabo 10 times and this was my first time coming to this area. Would definitely do it again!

Definitely bring some money to tip your tour guide and the great family providing the dinner. Danny was great and very informative. The swimming holes are absolutely stunning and refreshing.

This was such a fun experience! Danny and Danni were so attentive and informative. The hike there was great, jumping off the huge rock into the water was refreshing, and hiking back in the dark with headlamps was surprisingly really fun. Then we finished it off with a delicious meal and even learned to make tortillas. Would definitely recommend !!

We did this tour on February 28, 2025, and we were a group of 5. We were picked up right on time by our guide “Lino” in a very new and comfortable ride. Lino spoke very good English which was great when telling us about Loreto. We had a short drive to the riding stables from downtown Loreto. Along the drive, Lino was very informative and told us about the areas along the way. When we arrived we were greeted by the hands of the trail riding company. We were all informed on what to expect, we have all ridden before so the orientation went quickly. The horses and mules were well looked after.Lino accompanied us all the way and the ride was amazing. We went through the desert and arrived on the beach. We were on the beach for the majority of the ride. The tour included non alcoholic drinks and some snack bars. The horse ride back we headed back through a small town greeted by many children waving to us.The tour was amazing and would definitely recommend it and ask for Lino if you want a great tour guide.

Great trip, fantastic knowledgeable driver who was also our guide on the horseback trip. Highly recommended. Horses appeared well looked after.

This hike and swim was for those who can handle rough terrain and heights. I recommend this tour with Miguel and Danny took us on. They were very informative and friendly and helped us traverse rocky areas. If you love to jump into water from ledges, there are three areas to do so. If heights aren’t your thing, you can use a rope to climb down. We learned about ranchero culture and ate delicious empanadas on the way there. Bring money for trinkets and empanadas and of course- TIPS!
