Had a couple of brilliant ocean safari trips with the Apex Ocean boys in Baja earlier this month. First cruise we saw and swam with some pan tropical spotted dolphins and a sea otter. Second trip we cruised way out and found some more dolphins and ended up spending some time snorkeling with a curious silky shark.Both times the guides were awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome as a solo traveler. And provided great photos and videos post safari. Would definitely recommend as a must do!

This was a really enjoyable trip off the beaten path. Our guide Carlos was wonderful. He knows the area and the mountains and shared lots of local information about the people, the geography and the plants in the area. Had a great time. While it says "hike" it is not very far and relatively stable walkers will do fine. Carlos even carries all your stuff (he packed that backpack) so you can focus on the trail, which does get steep in sections. Overall a really enjoyable day.

My favorite experience in Los Cabos
The beginner scuba diving tour was my favorite activity of our trip. I had tried scuba diving once before in Cozumel, Mexico, but I noticed a real difference in how thoroughly safety was covered here. The team patiently explained the rules in a classroom session, then helped us practice what we had learned in a pool before we went into the open water. During the dive, two guides stayed with us, watching over us and offering helpful advice. We also got some great underwater photos. The camera resolution could be better, but I appreciated the effort and attention from our photographer and guide. It was a wonderful experience, and I would love to dive with this company again.

We had such an amazing and memorable experience with George as our guide! From beginning to end, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. His knowledge of the area, the horses, and the surrounding environment made the entire experience so much more meaningful than just a horseback ride.George was incredibly informative and attentive, taking the time to share interesting details about the area, its history, and the horses themselves. We appreciated how he explained things along the way and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. You could truly tell that he loves what he does and takes pride in creating a wonderful experience for his guests.What stood out to us the most was how intentional everything felt. Nothing seemed rushed or impersonal. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful surroundings, connect with the horses, and enjoy the experience together. It was the perfect combination of adventure, relaxation, and learning something new.We left with not only beautiful memories but also a greater appreciation for the horses and the area we were exploring. Experiences like this are what make traveling so special, and having someone like George as our guide made all the difference.Thank you, George, for your kindness, patience, knowledge, and exceptional hospitality. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this adventure to anyone looking for something memorable, authentic, and thoughtfully guided.
