We had a great experience on this tour and would highly recommend it, especially if you're looking to see more than just the busy tourist areas of Cabo.Pickup and drop-off were extremely easy and well organized. Communication was also excellent our guide stayed in constant contact with us through text and/or email, so we always knew exactly where we needed to be and what was happening.We had the pleasure of having Dennis as our tour guide, and he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about Los Cabos and seemed to know something about everywhere we went. Because this is such a small and intimate tour, it felt much more personal than a large excursion. We got to experience some of the quieter sides of Cabo and really pay attention to the details of each location. At times, it almost felt like we were getting to explore the area as locals rather than simply being taken from one tourist attraction to another.The tour included a boat ride out to the famous Arch and the different beaches around Land's End, which alone made the experience worth it. We also visited several different locations and stopped at local stores along the way. Something I really appreciated was that Dennis didn't rush us everywhere. At certain stops, he would give us time to walk around and explore on our own, then have everyone meet back at a designated place and time. That freedom made the tour feel much more relaxed and gave us a chance to actually take in Cabo instead of just seeing everything through the window of a tour van.My only real suggestion would be stronger A/C in the van. There were seven of us inside, and we visited in August when Mexico was HOT. Unfortunately, the A/C wasn't quite strong enough to provide much relief from the heat. It didn't ruin the experience by any means, but better cooling would make the ride between stops much more comfortable during the summer months.Other than that, we had an excellent experience. Dennis was an awesome guide, transportation and communication were seamless, the Arch boat ride was beautiful, and we got to experience parts of Cabo that we probably never would have discovered on our own. If you're looking for a smaller, more personal tour that shows you both the famous sights and some of the quieter, hidden sides of Los Cabos, I would absolutely recommend this one!

Yonie was recommended to us by a close friend who lives in Cabo. Apart from the usual transport to and from the airport, we also needed someone to drive/chaperone our 17 years old son and his two golf buddies to and from 4 rounds of golf while we were in Cabo. Since they are minors, we really needed someone trustworthy that we could rely on to drive safely and also keep the boys safe.Yonie provided exceptional service to us. Very friendly and knowledgeable, drove very safely and was always there for the boys to pick them up in the morning and was waiting for them when they stepped off the golf course, ready to take them back to the resort. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing that the boys were being looked after by Yonie. We highly recommend Yonie - he's a great guy and someone we trust 100% with our kids.

Phenomenal experience. The tour guide Sol was great. He knew a lot of history about the area and marine life. We enjoyed learning during the drive and while Snorkling. He was very patient since it was my first time. He gave great education about techniques and was hands on in ensuring we saw special parts of the marine life and coral. He also allowed us to explore independently. Transportation and pickup was seamless. He brought everything we needed. We will definitely reach out again and request sol on our next trip.

The most Impressionable, Best Of The Best reflects the services provided by Ballard Tours specializing in airport transfers. Their staff, namely, Diana and Ignacio were extremely professional, dedicated and committed to detail. Diana was on her game by keeping me in constant communication via text especially upon my arrival at Los Cabos Airport indicating my driver, Ignacio, waiting for me at Station three (3) underneath the yellow canopy outside the airport. Ignacio holding a sign with my name on it greeted me and escorted me to my luxurious transfer vehicle. I was then offered iced cold water and beer. So refreshing! A secondary text from Diana was received asking if I had located my driver and I replied “yes” enroute to hotel. Ignacio very knowledgeable of Los Cabos and its region provided great depth of information about the continued growth of the area, culture and its rich, coastal beauty. A third (3rd) text from Diana came through confirming my return airport transfer a week later. I acknowledged & requested Ignacio as my driver. Diana confirmed said driver. After Ignacio’s mini tour and it’s Cabo’s history, I arrived safely at the hotel. Based on my experience with Ballard Tours/Airport Transfer and it’s exceptional staff who were so kind, caring and considerate, I strongly recommend Ballard Tours/Airport Transfer without reservation.
