Tour company was responsive and exceeded our expectations. We picked this shore excursion directly instead of going through the cruise line. Guide texted us with meetup point and arrived with our name written on a sign. We felt safe and taken care of throughout. Van was air conditioned with cold water included. Miguel took us on the glass bottom boat tour to show us the Arch and sea life. This was followed by city tour to pearl jewelry store, tequila tasting and glass factory. We were the only travelers that day, so we received private-VIP treatment. Great value and memorable experience.

Wonderful! Luis is friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. And fun!! He picked us up at our resort right on time and took us to Chileno Beach, set us up with beach chairs and an umbrella, gave us all the help we needed in the water. He is an expert and also is qualified as a lifeguard. It was a great experience and we loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This is a REALLY unique and special experience. This ranch supports conservation of not only the Donkeys, but of the local sea turtles. They have such a special mission and the animals are clearly well cared for and loved. Our guides José and Abel were absolutely amazing. It’s clear Jose has been with the ranch for a long time with how the donkeys respected him and he knew all of their quirks. And Abel, my goodness we could not have asked for a better guide to educate us on the ecosystem, Mexican history, plants/animals. I highly recommend this tour for animal lovers, people that like unique experiences and the view that you hike to is absolutely stunning.I have never done an excursion like this before and that’s the goal for us when on vacation - making once in a lifetime memories and this was definitely the case.
