My wife and I had an amazing time with our guide Luis. He picked us up in an air conditioned van and had fresh cold water bottles for us. We used kayaks for the ride to the arch and it was so beautiful. We made pit stops to see different spots like pelicans beach, lovers beach and he told us about the divorce beach. We then go to swim a bit at shore before attending our snorkeling spot where we saw many fishes of all sizes. The water was perfect in this hot September weather. Luis was very nice and made us feel very comfortable! Kayaking was a bit of a workout so that’s the only thing I’d mention if you aren’t used to using your upper body like that.

Our original booking was supposed to be a few days earlier, but unfortunately, the trip was cancelled because of bad weather. I was honestly very disappointed, but thankfully, we were given the opportunity to rebook—and I chose our last full day in Los Cabos. Looking back, I think it was meant to be! If you're a first-time visitor to Los Cabos, I highly, highly recommend doing a sunset cruise to El Arco. On our second day in Los Cabos, we had already taken a daytime clear-boat tour to El Arco with Envatour, but I really wanted to experience this iconic landmark at sunset. Booking the Caborey Sunset Dinner Cruise with dinner and drinks included turned out to be a brilliant decision.The cruise cost us US$190 plus a US$6 dock fee for two people. The marina was at Caborey, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina Lote 9-Local A4, Centro, Cabo San Lucas. Since we had a rental car, we parked nearby for 60 pesos per hour. One thing to remember: the parking lot closed at 9:00 p.m., but that wasn't a problem because our cruise returned around 8:00 p.m., giving us plenty of time to collect our car.I was so excited as we boarded! My partner and I found comfortable seats on the top deck, where there was a bar and live music. As the boat slowly headed toward El Arco, the views of the spectacular Cabo San Lucas coastline were absolutely breathtaking.And then came the moment I had been waiting for—the sunset.As the sun began disappearing behind us, the sky transformed into layers of orange, yellow, red, and grey. El Arco seemed to glow against the dramatic evening sky. It honestly looked like something from a fantasy world. Because the tide was low, I was even able to see the ground level around El Arco, which made the experience even more special. I tried my best to capture the beauty with my loyal old iPhone 14. My photos may not do the scenery full justice, but somehow, they still turned out beautifully!The Caborey crew also took wonderful care of us throughout the evening. The cruise included unlimited drinks, with choices ranging from Mexican beer and cocktails to tequila, rum, vodka, and mojitos. We were actually very controlled with our drinking—we had just one mojito each for the whole night, while water was our main beverage.Then came dinner! The Mexican fajita buffet was an all-you-can-eat feast featuring beef and chicken fajitas, rice and beans, Caprese salad, citrus salad, guacamole, chips, and Mexican salsa. For dessert, we enjoyed tres leches and budín. Everything was a perfect match for the evening.And of course, I can't forget the live band, Pepe La Base! Pepe and his partner played all kinds of music, and as the cruise headed back toward the marina, the atmosphere became more and more festive. A lady invited me to join the dancing with the other ladies, and of course, I said yes! Soon, a few ladies joined in, followed by some of the staff. Even though it was a humid night, nobody cared—we were having way too much fun!With the music playing, everyone dancing, and the beautiful Cabo night surrounding us, I remember thinking, What a fantastic way to end our time in Los Cabos. The next day, my partner and I would be heading back to the USA.The Caborey staff definitely deserved a good tip for their wonderful service. This sunset dinner cruise had everything we could have asked for: El Arco, a spectacular sunset, live music, Mexican food, cocktails, dancing, and an unforgettable atmosphere.What a night!Los Cabos, you stole our hearts. ❤️ My partner and I will definitely be coming back. We came from the cruise tender which dropped us off at the pier. You can see The Breathless resort across the way, but you need to walk (which is about 2 miles around the marina) or take a taxi (we met some folks who did that at a cost of $5 per head). We chose to walk and it was hot! Once you check in, you wait in a covered area with a snack bar and drinks for purchase. You board the ship through a red and black iron gate. Once on the ship, you pick a seat on the wooden benches that line the outside of the deck. This is where you will spend your cruise. Upon boarding, we were offered watermelon water and then beer and mixed drinks (or water and other nonalcoholic options). Pirates welcomed us aboard. Pulling out of the marina into the bay are was beautiful. The breeze was welcome. There is a pirate fight in the center of the deck, followed by some other audience participation events. The kids loved it. For dinner, they bring you a plastic plate and utensils. Then they bring you scoops of food (mashed potatoes, salad, ribs, chicken, bread, etc.). You eat as the pirates perform a show. You have time to take pictures at the arch at sunset. It’s beautiful. The the party continues as the ship circles the cruise ship. There is more audience participation and dancing. Then you return to the marina. Overall, this was a fun way to see the arch at sunset.

The service was magnificent. Open bar was awesome. Live music was great. You should definitely take this sunset dinner cruise.

Excellent experience with Pedro! Highlights of the snorkeling was the sea turtles! Loved being able to experience 2 different areas of Cabo. Highly recommend!

Nice bus driver and boat ride to the Arch. Lots of souvenir shops; hot weather and one annoying passenger. Ended the day with a lunch we had to pay for and more shopping stores

It was a looong walk from the tender port in Cabo. Not close at all. That was the only negative. Food was ok, crew were very attentive and wanted to make sure was happy

I had a fun outing with my daughters whale watching. The boat crew was friendly and knowledgeable about all things concerning whales. Would choose this company again upon my return to Cabos.

WOW! DO THIS TOUR! This was by far my Favorite and I had never really snorkeled so I was very nervous. José literally took my hand and showed me around Pelican Rock! He was so kind and you could tell he loves snorkeling. We had the BEST CAPTAIN on our Boat Ride to and from. He took us up close to view the Arch, Lover & Divorce Beach, East side of peninsula and drop off at Pelicans Rock. AMAZING!!! As if that wasn’t enough- Jose took some of the BEST Pictures!!! Under water ones included. THANK YOU!!!!

Excellent tour, both boat operator and guide very attentive, friendly. The Zodiac boat very comfortable, and we were given a tour of 10. I highly recommend them.

We had a great whale watching outing with our family with daughters 8 and 6. It was the tail end of whale watching season (mid April) so I was concerned we would not find any whales. However, we were able to find a mama and baby whale along the coast halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo and we trailed them at a distance for about an hour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative about whales and their habits and migratory patterns etc. The boat is also pretty small so it felt like a more intimate experience and up and close with the whales. I think because it was the tail end of the season we lucked out to basically have a private tour for our family, which was great. That said, the boat ride was maybe a little bumpy at points when it was at high speed, but we all took Dramamine beforehand so we were good. The guide took a bunch of photos during the tour and promptly emailed them, which was great because they were so much better than what I caught with my iPhone since his camera had a huge telescopic lens.

We joined the whale watching tour at the very end of the season due to the Easter holidays, which we had to use because of our school-age children. At that time, True Baja was no longer offering tours for April. Therefore, we contacted the operator directly and received a very prompt and friendly reply saying that they would reopen the date for us.One special aspect was that we were picked up directly at our hotel, which seems to be rather unusual in Los Cabos. Our driver, Sasha, was extremely kind and helpful and even after the tour she was available for questions and recommendations for other activities (not only those offered by True Baja).The whale watching tour itself was very well organized. All the guides spoke very clear and easy-to-understand English and accompanied the entire tour with explanations. They were always friendly and seemed to be in contact with other operators during the trip, so after a short time we came across a whale family with three whales. They were very active, surfacing and jumping repeatedly and putting on a fantastic show.Our boat only had a very small group on board — apart from us there were only three other guests, which we really appreciated. It was not a “party boat” with loud music and drinking, so the atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. The team also took great photos with professional equipment during the tour, which were later shared with us for free via a cloud service.We always kept a respectful distance from the whales and never went “chasing” them. That was not necessary anyway, as the whales stayed within sight the whole time.All in all, it was an amazing experience with a fantastic team. 100% recommendation.
