I really don't want to write this review because I am local and I want to keep it a secret! I have done a lot of day passes in the area, and this is absolutely hands down one of the best you can sign up for. The surroundings are great, the service was incredible and my friend and I have preteens who were always occupied with the pool, with the animals and the adventure kids park. Our driver Suarez gave me a bottle of water when I he found out I forgot mine. Our server Sugar arranged towels so we would be comfortable on the beach chairs, got the kids some pool toys and just kept the drinks and food coming. He even carried our lunch back to the pool for us! Even though there were more people around, its spacious and easy to enjoy! Great for families with pre teens! I will be going back again and again.

11 people on a boat that normally holds 48 makes for a great experience. It was my sister’s birthday but also Jacob’s birthday (one of the crew) so we celebrated even more. The marine reserve was full of very friendly fish. I believe this location is a super cleaning station so the tiny wrasse may treat you as such. No wind on the way back meant calm seas and no seasickness.

Just goes to show you if anybody with imagination can be successful in life.Very impressed with the young ladies who run this operation, who know a lot about the whales and probably make a pretty good amount of money during whale season.The boat trip was a short ride with about 20 people on board out to where the whales were hunting and diving. Probably a 15 minute or so trip, maybe 20.Once we got out there, the young female guide knew a lot about the whales and their habits. She would point to a whale that had just dived and would tell us almost exactly when the whale would surface and where the whale would surface. And she was usually spot on. She kept her distance because that is what they were supposed to do. Even though other boats that had private groups weren't following the rules and were getting way too close to the whales and getting between us and the whales so that we could not get a good view.Because it was a small boat, it tossed and turned quite a bit, and I ended up standing up and locking my arms onto a bar supporting the canopy so that I could actually hold my phone steady and get good video. Certainly that's not the fault of the operators, it's just part of the experience. We saw whales surface. We saw a couple of breaches and plenty of tail slaps. And most of it was exactly where the guides predicted it would occur, so it was easy to capture. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended. I hope these Young ladies are very successful in this endeavor.

This was a bucket list trip. Swimming so close to these unique sharks was amazing. We knew we were at the tail end of the season so we were a bit worried we might miss them but we saw several and to be honest. It seemed we really only needed one to be able to have the experience swimming along with them. :) so worth it! And aim happy Mexico is carefully protecting them as well.

This trip was excellent ! I highly recommend this excursion. The tour guide/marine biologist was great ! She loved us asking questions and she clearly explained everything. The captain got as close as he could to the whales and was awesome being that close. Life jackets were supplied also which made me feel safe. The boat was clean and was sturdy looking compared to other boats I saw passing by us. And it was easy to book our reservations and directions were clear. 👍😊
